DESCRIPTION

Under administrative direction, to plan, organize, direct or participate in special management and administrative projects of limited duration throughout the County of Alameda government.


DISTINGUISHING FEATURES

Management Specialists are assigned to limited term projects or functions, which require specific skills or expertise for that project. When assigned as team leader plans and assures the efficient implementation of the project and may supervise a staff of professional, technical and clerical employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience, as well as knowledge and skills must be commensurate with those necessary for the project undertaken.
