DESCRIPTION
|
Under general direction, to provide professional, administrative and technical services to departments or agencies in the areas of planning, designing, organizing or evaluating special programs or projects; coordinating and conducting a variety of sophisticated research and operational studies; to assist professional staff with administrative support; and to do related duties as required.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES Incumbents in this class are responsible for providing professional, administrative, and technical services for special projects or programs. Incumbents are assigned to provide these services to departments/agencies countywide but allocation of positions in the class, and their management, is limited to the Human Resource Services Department. Incumbents may work independently and are involved in planning and facilitating the implementation of a variety of special programs, studies and projects. Specific responsibilities are determined within the department/agency where the incumbent is assigned. |
