Please describe your full-time, paid administrative experience in policy development, program evaluation and/or the planning of delivery of social services or health care services in a county agency, or community organization.

Tell us about an experience where you developed internal or external communications to convey technical information and messaging for non-technical or varied audiences. How did you ensure clarity and precision in the communication? What was the result?

A critical role of the Policy Director is to develop relationships with stakeholders within the organization and the community as well as at the local, state, and federal levels to improve understanding, communication, awareness, and implementation of public policy decisions. Please provide an example that demonstrates how you have built strategic, collaborative relationships that accomplished mutual goals.
