Please describe your experience with explaining laws, rules, regulations and policies to employees/managers as they relate to Worker's Compensation, Occupational Safety and Health, Vocational Rehabilitation and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Please explain the methods you use to track your assignments and to manage your tasks in order to meet specified timeframes.  What considerations do you make when prioritizing the work and what tools and resources do you use?  Please provide at least one specific example.
