I possess the equivalent of one year of experience in the class of Behavioral Health Clinician II in the Alameda County classified service. (Non-classified includes District Attorney's Office, Hospital Authority, and the Consolidated Courts.)
I possess a Master's degree from an accredited school in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, counseling, nursing or related field AND the equivalent of three years of post license experience as a behavioral health/mental health clinician providing clinical and/or case management services
I do not possess either of the above qualifications for this position.

Please describe your clinical experience working with consumers with serious and persistent mental illness, highlighting the theories, principals and practices that you used to support symptom reduction.

Please describe your past lead or supervisor experience of behavioral health clinical staff.  In your response please include the number and titles of staff you oversaw along with the environment (outpatient, jail, hospital, etc).  Include the practices you used for effective supervision, work planning, evaluation, training and community behavioral health care consultation.

This position supervises clinicians and peer staff providing services throughout the system of care (outpatient, jail, hospital, residential, crisis residential, etc).  Please describe your experience with the pertinent laws, rules and regulations of this work and how you assure your staff is compliant to them.
