The ability to successfully manage and develop a unified team of individuals to meet organizational goals is important in this position.  Describe a recent work experience which would demonstrate your ability to meet this objective.  Please include the size of the team, the methods used, any challenges that had to be addressed, and the outcome.

What is your philosophy or approach to employee engagement and its relationship to training and career development?  Next, describe a recent work experience where you designed, delivered and managed training and organizational functions within a large organization.  In your response, be sure to state how you created, advocated for, and implemented training and development programs.  What steps did you take during planning and implementation, promotion and advertising, and outreach and evaluation phases of the project.

Describe your experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).  In your response be sure to describe the system, your specific role and use of the system, and in what ways was the system used organizationally to bridge learners and organizational training and development goals.
