In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications you must meet the Zoning Specialty designation criteria. Please describe your experience in the following areas where you directly managed programs that investigate:

A) Zoning Violations, including violations in Rural/Agricultural settings

B) Subdivision Ordinance Violations

C) Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance violations

D) Abandoned Vehicle violations

As the traditional role of the Code Enforcement division may expand in the upcoming months and years, please describe your experience with implementing property maintenance codes, addressing concerns with Short Term Rentals (e.g. Air BnB), and Cannabis/Tobacco retailing. Any other experience outside the usual role of Code Enforcement is acceptable to discuss.

This position requires leadership dedicated to improving the communities of the unincorporated County. Describe in detail your management style and discuss situations where you have succeeded as a leader and where you have failed along with what you learned. In addition, provide examples of how you deal with staff with different work styles and approaches.
