This position requires in depth knowledge and experience of the affordable housing industry. Describe your work experience, skills and knowledge as they relate to the following requirements of this position:

a) Experience with affordable housing finance and project management, including proforma development and analysis.

b) Knowledge of the social and political issues influencing affordable housing programs and projects

c) Ability to plan, develop and implement effective housing programs based on community needs, available resources and county priorities.
