Thank you for your interest in the position of Deputy Sheriff's Recruit, Examination #23-8601-01.  Applicants for this position are required to submit responses to the following supplemental questions.  Your completed responses to the supplemental questionnaire will be evaluated to further verify minimum qualifications.  Failure to answer these questions truthfully may result in disqualification from the examination process.

By selecting the checkbox, I acknowledge that I am required to submit a valid PELLETB and WSTB/PAT test score.  The acceptable pass point for the PELLETB is 42 and the WSTB/PAT is 320.  Valid test scores must be on the agency's letterhead and reflect the date of the test.  Scores are valid for one year from the test date.  I understand that test scores must be submitted by the filing deadline to the recruitment analyst, Elaine Lemi, at elaine.lemi@acgov.org.  I understand that failure to submit both test scores will prevent me from moving forward in the recruitment process.
