Please describe your clinical experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illness, highlighting the theories, principles, and practices that you used to support symptom reduction.

Please describe your past lead or supervisor experience of behavioral health clinical staff.  In your response, please include the number and titles of staff you oversaw and the environment (community settings, schools, jails, hospitals, etc.).  Include the practices you used for effective, culturally sensitive supervision, work planning, evaluation, training, and community behavioral health care consultation.
