Please describe your experience in any of the following areas in a criminal justice or related setting:

  • Liaison with county agencies, community and faith-based organizations, law enforcement agencies and the courts;
  • Managing evidence-based practices and programs in community corrections; 
  • Managing adult and/or juvenile population caseloads, including Pre-trial; 
  • Managing a departmental diversity, equity and inclusion program; 
  • Designing, developing, implementing and/or managing new programs for adult or juvenile clients;
  • External communications, public affairs, or media relations;
  • Designing, developing, implementing and/or managing re-entry programs and services for adult and juvenile clients;
  • Drafting and/or negotiating policies and procedures with labor unions;
  • Participating in contract negotiations for successor MOUs; and/or
  • Managing services contracts with community-based organizations or other vendors.
