Do you have at least two (2) years of work experience as a Secretary I, or an equivalent or higher level clerical class in the Alameda County classified service?  If yes, please describe your work experience below.  In your response please include the employer name, your title, dates of employment and describe your specific role and duties.  If no, please enter in "N/A" below.

Please describe your secretarial/administrative support experience, specifically your experience preparing business correspondence, maintaining record keeping systems, operating standard office equipment, word processing, preparing spreadsheets, and managing the administrative support activities of an executive administrator, boards, and committees.  In your response be sure to include the name of the employer, the dates of your employment with this employer in the role of secretary/administrative support, and the title and role of the executive administrator, boards and committees to whom you provided support to.
