In the Office of Policy and Management, Office of Labor Relations this class is accountable for performing technical assignments in labor relations including responsibility for labor relations research projects and assisting in the administration of labor relations programs and collective bargaining agreements.
Works under the general supervision of an employee of higher grade.
Supervises lower level employees as assigned.
Six (6) years of experience in labor relations or human resources with some responsibility involving labor relations.
Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been at a paraprofessional level.
College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equaling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.
