In the Office of Policy and Management this class is accountable for receiving on the job training in all aspects of agency legal work.
Initially works under the close supervision of an attorney of higher grade; works more independently
with acquired experience.
After completion of two (2) years of successful and satisfactory performance as a Staff Attorney 1
(Confidential) an incumbent will be moved to the Staff Attorney 2 (Confidential) classification (on the
first pay period following the completion of the two (2) year requirement).
