In the Department of Consumer Protection, Trade Practices Division this class is accountable for independently performing a full range of tasks in acting as an advisor and consultant on technical and mechanical automobile issues at arbitration hearings to settle automobile disputes.
Works under the general supervision of an employee of higher grade. May also receive assignments from the Arbitration Panel.
Incumbents must possess one of the following:
Graduation from high school or technical school with course work in automotive repair may be substituted for one (1) year of the General Experience.
