PURPOSE OF JOB CLASS (NATURE OF WORK)

In the Department of Economic and Community Development this class is accountable for directing the staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the Social Equity Council (SEC).

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Receives executive direction from the Chairperson of the SEC.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED

Directs the staff of the SEC.

APPOINTMENT

Appointed by the Social Equity Council in accordance with Section 21a-420d of the Connecticut General Statutes.
