In the Division of Criminal Justice this class is accountable for the preparation and/or maintenance of payroll, agency accounts, financial statements or other bookkeeping and record keeping functions.
Works under the general supervision of the DCJ Director of Financial Services.
May lead clerical employees as assigned.
Two (2) years of clerical experience in accounting, financial record keeping or bookkeeping.
College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of two (2) years.
