In the Department of Social Services this class is accountable for supervising a unit engaged in support of the IMPACT, Eligibility Processing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business functions.
Receives general direction from a Social Services Operations Manager or other employee of higher grade.
Supervises Social Services Analysts and other staff as assigned.
Eight (8) years of experience in a social services program, determination of client eligibility for public assistance or technical business support.
Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been in a professional capacity independently performing a full range of tasks in the provision of IMPACT, Eligibility Processing Enterprise Resource Planning business functions.
NOTE: For state employees this experience is interpreted at the level of a Social Services Analyst.
