In the Department of Consumer Protection cooperates with other members of the Liquor Control Commission in enforcing provisions of the statutes pertaining to the manufacturing, sale and distribution of liquor as outlined in Section 30-2 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Appointed by the Governor under the provisions of Sections 4-5 through 4-8 and 30-2 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
As defined by Sec. 5-196 of the Connecticut General Statutes, a job class is a position or group of positions that share general characteristics and are categorized under a single title for administrative purposes.
