In the Department of Motor Vehicles this class is accountable for researching and advising on matters pertaining to legislation, regulations and administrative policy.
Receives administrative direction from the Motor Vehicle Legal Services Division Chief or other administrative official of higher grade.
Manages staff as assigned.
Three (3) years of experience as an attorney with some responsibility for research, development, planning and review of legislative and/or regulatory programs.
Incumbents in this class must be admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
