In the Department of Consumer Protection this class is accountable for acting as a working supervisor for investigators engaged in investigating alleged violations of state laws and regulations pertaining to state regulated gaming and pari-mutuel operations.
Receives general direction from the Consumer Protection Manager of Gaming Enforcement and Assurance or other administrative employee of higher grade.
College training in law enforcement or a closely related field may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.
