The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) - Central Office has one (1) current full-time job opportunity for a Health Program Assistant 2 position. This position will support the Business Intelligence and Analytics Unit and is a Hybrid position based out of the Central Office in Hartford, CT with the opportunity to telework.
This full-time, 35 hour per week position works a Monday through Friday schedule. Although first shift hours are assigned, candidate must be flexible to meet the needs of the agency. Statewide travel may be expected.

One (1) year of the General Experience must have been in health care program administration, a health systems agency or other health care organization in at least one of the following areas:
1. grant writing or monitoring;
2. formal program planning, development, management or evaluation;
3. or program consultation.
For State Employees this is interpreted at the level of Health Program Assistant 1.
Note: A health care organization is defined as a large multi-dimensional agency with responsibility for developing health programs.
Experience developing and implementing program plans and monitoring and evaluating programs or project.
Experience monitoring and evaluating projects or programs, including evaluation, reporting, and budget oversight.
Experience preparing written and analytical reports and other forms of written communication to various audiences.
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 products.
Experience conducting research and gathering and analyzing data.
