THE
ROLE
The Transportation Supervising Landscape Architect is responsible for oversight of the staff and operations of the Landscape Design unit. The unit performs and oversees the execution, planning, design, analysis and coordination of landscape architectural work pertaining to transportation projects and programs, including roads, highways, bridges and transportation facilities.
Among other related duties, the Landscape Design unit is responsible for:

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be available to travel for training,
conferences, meetings, field reviews, etc. both within and outside of normal
working hours, when necessary. A valid driver's license is required and must be
maintained. Active Connecticut Landscape Architect licensure is required and
must be maintained.
