This position will fill a need for frontline 'practice
coaches' to support the skill and competency development of case managers as
well as assist with caseload management by managing a small caseload of
treatment and/or investigation cases. The position will be responsible for
working with region administration to assess the skills and competencies of
staff and identify areas needing instruction, coaching and practice.
Responsibilities include facilitation of individual and group practice in areas
including field work, completion of client assessment and client contacts,
referrals for services and supports, court presentation, and completion of
events in the electronic case management system.

This position is a classification organized under an exclusive bargaining representative (labor organization) that has been elected by employees as their representative for collective bargaining and other applicable terms and conditions of employment, in accordance with Title 29, Chapter 59 and Title 19, Chapter 13 and 16. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement based on its individual terms.

Selected incumbent is eligible for Hazardous Duty Pay Level (insert level and compensation for that level as indicated on the recruitment planner) upon completion of the basic Correctional Employee Initial Training (CEIT) course or Basic Officer Training Course (BOTC), whichever is applicable.
