Challenge yourself and be part of the change as a Human Resource Manager for the State of Delaware's Department of Human Resources.
This is an exciting opportunity to be key team member managing compensation work at the State level.
This human resource professional manages a State of Delaware Compensation function, including creating, reviewing and implementing salary administration plans and other special salaries, responding to Compensation surveys, performing annual Regression analysis, quality control of data, special project research, completing salary reconstructs, making recommendations on compensation processes and answering compensation questions. We are searching for a manager to assist in managing compensation work and special projects from project initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation. Work will include daily supervision and oversight of the team that is conducting in-depth research and analysis to make recommendations. This work requires excellent communication skills as this position must lead meetings with the internal team, as well as agency subject matter experts and HR Business Partners. This position utilizes Excel and requires the ability to work in spreadsheets with formulas, filtering, pivot tables, lookup tables and application of regression formula.
