Essential Functions
This Deputy Attorney
General will advise the Delaware Public Employees’ Retirement System, the Board
of Pension Trustees, and the Office of Pensions on issues including investments,
plan interpretation and administration, governance, regulatory matters, and
securities litigation. Travel within the
State is required.

Job Requirements
The selected candidate must have excellent writing skills, demonstrate sound judgment, and have a background or interest in finance and/or investment. Familiarity with ERISA and fiduciary obligations is helpful but not required. The selected candidate must be admitted to the Delaware Bar.
