Incumbent will be responsible for developing and instructing training for Oracle/PeopleSoft HRM and Time and Attendance applications for the State of Delaware's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The incumbent will use knowledge of theoretical disciplines pertaining to training and adult learning, skill developing educational material through web-based software, experience with a Learning Management System.
Applicants who do not possess the preferred qualification will still be eligible to compete for this position if job requirements are met.
