JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of event operations and maintenance of public assembly facilities
- Working knowledge in the use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Working knowledge of safety procedures in the use of supplies and equipment
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle between sites
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively with others

- Assists electricians, plumbers, masons, landscapers, maintenance, HVAC and equipment mechanics in operating and repairing gas/electric equipment.
- Paints, caulks and spackles.
- Mows grass, trims hedges, plant and spray/weed landscaping beds.
- Cleans and replaces supplies in restrooms and disposes of trash.
- Sweeps floors and cleans sidewalks.
- Reports damages to facilities, grounds and equipment.
- Performs other related duties as required.
