IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- The ideal candidate will have complete mastery of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent typing and data entry skills and must take pride in completing work that is accurate and complete.
- Ideally, the preferred candidate will be a self-starter and take pride in being to work on-time and willing to work on routine and special projects as needed.
- The preferred candidate will be willing and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a cyclical but faced-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will be pleasant, courteous and professional when dealing with internal and external customers.
One year of clerical experience.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
- Some knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
