The main purpose of the HR Analyst I DBM position is to learn to interpret and apply the State Personnel Management System (SPMS) rules, regulations and standards related to classification and salary by: learning to analyze and evaluate agency reclassification and acting capacity issues and requests of State agencies, learning to develop and revise class specifications and class descriptions, learning to make technically sound recommendations concerning class and salary actions, standards, and practices; and learning to act as a technical resource for several agencies to include the Commission on Civil Rights, Natural Resources, Housing, Agriculture … etc. and the work areas of Administrative, personnel, EEO, training, biological sciences, legal & kindred … etc. |
