Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in general services functions, office administration activities or in the receiving, storing, issuance, purchase or requisition of equipment, materials, and parts and supplies.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute additional experience as stated above on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer in logistics specialist classifications or administrative support specialty codes in the logistics field of work, on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must meet the selective qualification(s) to be

1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
1 year of clerical or mailroom experience
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the
following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and specific
information on your application regarding your qualifications.
1 year of data entry experience, indexing electronically
filed documents
1 year experience maintaining and operating mailing
equipment
1 year experience reporting and monitoring maintenance
issues as well as scheduling maintenance/service repairs
2 years of experience performing physical inventory and
supply monitoring
1 year of experience handling confidential and time
sensitive documents
1 year of customer service experience, working with both
internal and external customers
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more (heavy boxes and files),
reach, bend and kneel
