Main Purpose of Job
During
the 2023 legislative session, the legislature consolidated the State Labor
Relations Board, the Public School Labor Relations Board and the State Higher
Education Labor Relations Board and created the Public Employee Relations Board
(PERB). The new PERB has the
responsibility of overseeing collective bargaining for all public
employees.
