Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this job is to perform as the IT Functional Analyst Supervisor, consisting of supervisory level of work providing problem analysis and ongoing user support, coordinating system development and implementation, and training users on the functionality of Debt Manager (DM) configuration and the telephony application systems for the Central Collection Unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration or related field.  Strong problem-solving and management skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, technical writing, experience in project management, working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, excel, word, etc.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of Debt Manager configuration experience.
3 years of VOIP Telephony configuration and implementation experience.
1 year of Microsoft SQL Server experience.
