Telephone Representatives- $13.00/hr

LOCATION OF POSITION

Annapolis, MD

POSITION DUTIES

The Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division is seeking Tax Season Workers to perform the following functions:.

  1. Clerical Temps: will perform duties such as mail opening, editing returns, and returns prepping and scanning.
  2. Keyboard Temps: will perform data entry functions.
  3. Telephone Representatives: will assist taxpayers by answering and resolving telephone inquires coming into the Annapolis Call Center.

Individuals interested in a Telephone Representatives position MUST be available to work November through mid May. Tax law and PC training will be provided.

Please note: These positions work Monday through Friday and shifts are available from 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m., 9:00 a.m. - 6 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
