The Food Service Worker is the full performance level of work in food service operations in the dietary department of the Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School. Employees are responsible for the production and serving of meals and snacks in accordance with prescribed procedures and applicable health and sanitation regulations and standards. This position will also assist with cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, and on occasion transport meals and serve food at satellite sites for the food production operation.

Education: None.

Experience: None

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
