POSITION DUTIES

This position supports the Maryland State Lottery & Gaming Commission Agency (MSLGCA) by planning, organizing, managing, and controlling agency programs whose activity is coordinated in the Customer Resources Center (CRC). 

Job duties entail: 
  • Customer Service
  • Subscriptions Processing
  • Claims Processing
  • Investment Administration/Annuities
  • Administration 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.

Experience: One year of experience supervising the review, verification, recording, adjusting and balancing of financial transactions.

Notes:

1. Additional experience calculating and recording financial, statistical or other numerical data may be substituted on a year for-year basis for the required high school education.

2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience in Financial Clerical/Finance Technicians classifications or specialty codes in the financial field of work at a rate of one year of military experience for the required experience.

SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet the selective qualification(s) to be considered. Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.
  • One year of supervisory experience

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.

  • Experience with Annuities, Beneficiary Estates and Trust Accounts.
  • Experience with Bank reconciliations.
