Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants
must meet all minimum (and selective) qualifications to be considered, and to
appear on the list of people eligible for hire. Please read all requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an
accredited college or university.
Experience: Three years of social casework experience
providing professional community organization services in a child or adolescent
services program or as an advocate in a child welfare program.
Notes:
1. Candidates may
substitute additional social casework experience providing professional
community organization services in a child or adolescent services program or as
an advocate in a child welfare program on a year-for-year basis for the
required education.
2. Candidates may
substitute graduate credit hours in social work, community organization or
public administration from an accredited college or university on a
year-for-year basis for two years of the related experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.
1. One year of experience reviewing and monitoring child welfare cases.
2. One year of experience providing guidance, policy expertise and jurisdictions with a state human service program.
3. One year of experience working with senior level management.
