POSITION DUTIES
Packing Instant ticket orders sorted by the Sci-Trak system for individual retailers’ orders generated from Tel Sell or monthly new game allocations to ship to retailer locations.
Knowledge of computer automated sorting machines. Understanding the operation of the GBI Sorter System and how to trouble shoot problems related to malfunctions and correcting orders for retailors.
Pulling and Packing manual orders
Transferring stock onto the system’s conveyor belt based on the games needed for current orders, as displayed on the Sci Trak system screen.
Loading boxes of tickets onto “Flow Racks” to be pulled by the team loading the conveyor belt.
Unloading skids of Instant Tickets shipped from manufacturers to the warehouse utilizing a forklift and pallet jacks.
Processing refused and returned orders brought in by District Managers from retailer network via the Sci Trak terminal.
Responding to incoming calls from District Managers and retailers to resolve shipment problems/issues.
Organizing warehouse inventory and rotating stacks to accommodate new game shipments. Inventory the shipping materials for Pollard on a monthly basis.
Reviewing manifest of the orders processed for UPS to account for all orders packed and shipped.
Cleaning the warehouse area daily.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Completion of 60 credit hours at an accredited college or university.
Experience: One year of experience in administrative or professional work.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute experience as defined above for the required education at the rate of one year of experience for 30 credit hours, for up to 60 credit hours of required education.
2. Candidates may substitute 90 credit hours at an accredited college or university for the required education and experience.
3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required education and experience.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior knowledge of a computer automated sorting machine
·Experience operating a standard or stand-up forklift
·The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
