Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be a physician with five years of experience providing medical care to children and be board eligible or board certified to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.
Candidates must also have experience with and knowledge of the unique health needs of children served by child welfare agencies, in addition to knowledge and experience with children who are victims of child abuse and neglect.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have high level experience in health care or social services, including responsibility for budget administration, program planning, implementation and administration.

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to implement change, motivate staff, work collaboratively with internal and external partners, build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local partners, and have a passion for delivering quality care to vulnerable children.
