VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SPECIALIST I/II

This is a professional position responsible for determining eligibility of individuals with disabilities for vocational services and Pre-Employment Transition Services.

Processes applications for services including verification of information, conducting interviews, reviewing medical, educational, and/or vocational records, and applying federal and state laws and regulations in the determination of eligibility or qualification for vocational rehabilitation services.

Education: (Both levels) Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.

Experience providing career counseling and case management.

Applicants must consent to State Police Investigation (fingerprinting) as a routine procedure for all employees in this classification.
