POSITION DUTIES
Assists persons with disabilities
in preparing for or obtaining and maintaining employment; determines
eligibility Pre-Employment Transition Services and Transition Services;
develops and implements Pre-Employment Transition Services as outlined on the
Pre-ETS agreements as well as Transition Services as outlined on Individualized
Plans for Employment. Reviews medical, psychological, and vocational data
to evaluate the nature and extent of the disability; coordinates and provides
services to eligible individuals necessary to accommodate their disabilities
and obtain employment; obtains services from other community agencies for
people with disabilities; and provides job placement, post-employment, and
follow up services.
