Main Purpose of Job

This is an Executive Level MBON Staff leadership position responsible for direction and general oversight of:

  • Operations, coordination and general supervision of operational initiatives
  • Operational oversight for areas of MBON that do not require professional nursing judgement and decision-making
  • MBON Document Management system
  • Fiscal department and budget management from an operations standpoint
  • Procurement for entire agency
  • Resource Protection
  • Security programs and building/structure issues in the absence of DGS as it relates to security and continuity of operations
  • Assurance that agency operations are geared to mission of public protection while providing highest standards of Excellent Customer Service


Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business and Strategic Management, Financial Management, Healthcare Management or related degree and at least five years of professional health services experience, including three years of supervisory or managerial experience and at least 2 years of experience with budget management and procurement. 


Preferred candidates should possess the following:

  • Experience in operational management
  • Experience in continuity management


This is a Management Service position and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. A resume must accompany your application.
