LOCATION OF POSITION
Main Purpose of Job
This is a Management Service position, and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority.
- Lead the Educational Support Services Team, including human resources functions.
- Produce annual updates to "The Maryland Medical Protocols for Emergency Medical Services."
- Produce supporting educational videos regarding protocol updates.
- Manage electronic media presence and postings.
- Produce an annual statewide EMS report.
- Ensure brand consistency and promotion.
- Foster working relationships with EMS agencies and hospitals in the state.
- Support the educational and public information needs of MIEMSS departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the media and public.
- Serve as a member of the MIEMSS leadership team.
