POSITION DUTIES
- Must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team.
- Must excel at strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives and better ways to do things and be creative, a visionary and manage innovation well.
- Must have a proven track record of successful financial and operational management
- Must have the ability to delegate effectively
- Must possess executive level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal and external stakeholders and have proven skill in negotiating and mediating conflict.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.
Five years’ experience in fabrication/production/manufacturing or business administration
Experience reviewing and making recommendations regarding financial statements and budgets.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications and/or advanced IT systems to include ERP software.
