LOCATION OF POSITION
Main Purpose of Job
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Note: Candidates may substitute experience in health care financing work on the life/health insurance fields in the investigation and/or adjustment of claims, at the rate of one year for 30 credit hours, for up to 60 credit hours of the required education.
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs to include Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of and/or experience with financial documents (i.e., Social Security Rep Payee Reports, Medical Assistance Long Term Care Application, Explanation of Benefits for Insurance Coverage);
- Customer Service Experience.
