Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- As the operation manager, the position is responsible for the daily flow of work processes, including budget preparation and authorization expenditures, supervision of unit managers, planning and improvement of system processes, monitoring contracts directing the completion of mandated reporting requirements, and facilitating the completion of all activities provided by various units within the Office of General Services. In addition, the position is tasked with managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of OGS support services through the improvement of information flow, business practices, and organizational planning.
- Plans, implements, and manages the administration. Daily work processed by staff are organized to achieve customer service and create a team environment for OGS.
