POSITION DUTIES
- Review and distribute all case management incoming mail.
- Check all filing received from other departments, institutions, etc. on the computer to determine who should receive it and distribute it accordingly.
- Maintain time and sick leave records for clerical employees along with maintaining daily time records for the other case management employees.
- Supervise clerical staff by Planning, scheduling, directing, reviewing and evaluating the work of the clerical staff.
- Responds to inquiries from telephone callers and visitors.
- Provides information, which may require a detailed knowledge of the agency's functions and interpretation of various rules and regulations and procedures.
