Main Purpose of Job
POSITION DUTIES
- Manages the daily activities of the boards' as it relates to records management including scanning and uploaded records into the Boards AS400 database or other records management tools as needed. They will also exercise independent analysis of operations, procedures, organization, and systems and recommends improvements when needed.
- Assists in the management of all application and licensing processes for the Boards. Research records and archives as necessary to assist the Boards administrative functions.
- Responds to correspondence and contact with the board by applicants, licensees and citizens, and other State agencies in reference to Board files and records requests. Participates in the formulation, establishment or modification of program goals and objectives through analysis of alternatives, trends, available resources,, and projected program needs to ensure compliance with the Public Information Act.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Two years of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year of the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Experience organizing files
Experience scanning documents into a digital format
