LOCATION OF POSITION
POSITION DUTIES
- Serves as Accountable Officer for HRSD asset tracking and excess property
- Maintains a physical inventory database as well as physical audits of all IT and non-IT assets at various sites
- Conducts yearly and semiyearly audits of departmental assets
- Oversees the creation of IT and Telecommunications requests, fixed and non-fixed IT assets and leased device requisitions for HRSD business units by HRSD staff and submits requisitions to the Office of Finance
- Assist with setting up user computer and communications devices
- Responsible for assigning and returning IT equipment to staff
- Directs and coordinates facility services and accommodations for HRSD staff office relocation projects
- Serves as a Workday security coordinator for DPSCS Human Resources Services Division (HRSD) and DPSCS workforce
- Processes HR systems’ and network access for DPSCS staff and confirms accuracy of permissions
- Creates and maintains the DPSCS vacancy report for Executive review without direct supervision using Workday delivered transaction and validation reports
- Develops, evaluates and audits Workday validation reports for discrepancies in DPSCS positions; cost centers, HR transactions, check distribution codes and supervisory organizations
- Performs various tasks in Workday such as move worker, sup org creations, modify PIN and MS-22 attributes, address changes, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
3. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
4. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policy, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year-for- year basis for the required experience.
