POSITION DUTIES
- Manages, directs, supervises, and evaluates subordinate staff (4 Regional Administrators and Field Operations Administrator).
- Reviews work delegated to subordinate managers and staff regarding operational, personnel, organizational, and performance requirements.
- Plans, assigns tasks and priorities.
- Directs, evaluates and establishes guidelines and performance expectations for managers and staff; conducts performance evaluations and recommends improvements in performance and/or specialized training.
- Guides staff in developing strategies for meeting the goals and objectives of their respective units.
- Recommends and participates in developing strategies for implementing planning efforts; establishes short and long-range goals and oversees the implementation of those goals.
- Assists staff in developing leadership among their own staff.
- Reviews and approves time sheets and leave requests.
- Makes hiring and termination recommendations to the Director.
